    We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

    For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. You will be refunded the cost of the product and any shipping costs paid, but you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Refund (if applicable) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, we will process the refund and automatically apply the credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service will review the return request and will send additional instructions if the return is approved. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Code Euro. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as they were sent, and in their original packaging. Items with signs of use, bent cards, broken seals, or broken plastic will not be accepted. If the condition of the returned product is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replacement. Customized products cannot be refunded or replaced. Non-returnable items include those purchased through resellers, products purchased in error, and damage due to mishandling by the customer. Returns without a receipt may be refused.     If you have received a defective unit, or the wrong product, or if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:
    • Number of order
    • Proof of purchase
    • Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
    • Full delivery address
    • Contact phone number
    In some cases, you may need to attach a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to receive a refund or replacement.

    HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

    Processing your return can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your item. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed. For items returned due to defects, the full cost of the product will be refunded. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping costs.

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving your returned item or requesting cancellation. Contact your card-issuing bank to find out when the refund will be credited to your account. If you haven't received credit for your refund yet, here's what to do:
